These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the G Towing Service website (gtowingservice.com) and our towing, vehicle recovery, and roadside assistance services operating in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Pakistan. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

G Towing Service provides the following professional automotive services:

  • Flatbed car towing and vehicle transport
  • Emergency breakdown recovery
  • Accident vehicle recovery and extraction
  • Heavy-duty vehicle towing (trucks, buses, tankers)
  • Roadside assistance

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding areas including Bahria Town, DHA, and major expressways.

2. Service Requests

Service requests are made by calling our dispatch line at 0302-4777666. When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle condition, and the nature of the emergency to enable safe and efficient dispatch.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Service charges are communicated verbally at the time of dispatch and are based on the vehicle type, distance, and nature of the recovery required.
  • We accept payment in cash at the time of service completion.
  • Final charges may vary from initial estimates if the on-site situation requires additional equipment, effort, or distance beyond the original scope.
  • No hidden charges will be applied without your verbal consent.

4. Vehicle Care and Liability

We take every precaution to ensure the safe handling and transport of your vehicle. However:

  • G Towing Service is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or conditions that were present before the towing service commenced.
  • We are not liable for personal belongings left inside the vehicle during towing.
  • In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence during the towing process, claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, with photographic evidence.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and location information.
  • Ensure you are the owner or authorized operator of the vehicle, or have the authority to request towing services for it.
  • Not request services for any illegal purpose or for vehicles involved in criminal activity.
  • Be present (or have an authorized representative present) at the pickup and/or drop-off location.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a service request at any time before our recovery unit arrives at your location at no charge. If our team has already been dispatched and is en route, a dispatch fee may apply.

7. Website Use

  • The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes about our towing services.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this website without our written permission.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Towing Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or civil unrest.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
